Senior Manager of Website User Insights
Position Summary:
The Senior Manager of Website User Insights is a key member of the cross functional E-Commerce team providing behavioral insights to the website customer experience through analytics, customer research and the Voice of the Customer to help optimize user experience and drive conversion. The ideal candidate is a strategic, analytical thinker, is results and detail oriented, and enjoys working collaboratively with an energetic and dynamic team committed to improving the website user experience. This position is located in Medford, Oregon.
Essential Functions & Characteristics
- Utilizing Coremetrics and other analytical tools, analyze customer onsite behavior to understand barriers and determine improvements to improve the customer experience and improve online conversion.
- Plan, execute and analyze Usability studies, card sorting, and website a/b/multivariate testing, and create wireframes to share insights to recommend enhancements to the web user experience.
- Mine Voice of Customer data (i.e. surveys, customer feedback, product reviews) to contribute to defining user experience enhancements.
- Act as a liaison between Customer Care and other vested internal business units regarding web design and improvements.
- QA and manage customer facing onsite content.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing of all site functionality enhancement
- Maintain an awareness of emerging technologies and current E-Commerce best practices to help create a best-of-breed customer experience on the Harry & David website.

Position Requirements:
- Education – Bachelor degree in Marketing, Market Research, Business Analysis, or related field.
- Experience
- 3-5 years overall experience in Ecommerce, Web Analytics or Market Research
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing designs and measurements
- Detail oriented, strong analyitical skills and inquisitive nature.
- Working knowledge of website analytics, customer feedback implementation and usability testing techniques preferred.
- Customer focused decision making.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) for effective interaction with all levels of the company, external business partners and customers.
