Brand Designer
Position Summary:
The Brand Designer is a senior designer who will act as the expert point of contact for the creation and development of branding materials. This position will partner with operations, merchandising, and brand marketing in a collaborative environment to communicate the rationale and benefits for brand consistency across all touch points. The Brand Designer will have a strong sense of design and current trends, having the ability to understand, interpret and translate verbal communications into appropriate visual styles. This position is located in Medford, Oregon.
Essential Functions:
- Oversee correct implementation of the brand in collateral materials.
- Provide brand training materials to our partners.
- Leverage functional expertise to driver strategies and tactics that achieve excellent packaging and graphics for the brand.
- Publish and maintain the Brand Style Guide and build web base.
- Design and create a brand marketing toolkit through the creation and maintenance of corporate marketing assets.
- Create and maintain corporate marketing assets.
- Support department initiatives to track progress.
- Raise level of design evaluation through participating in design review critiques using best practices.
- Interpret and translate verbal communications into appropriate visual styles.
- Manage complex assignments form initiation through completion of project, through project management techniques.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a graphic design position.
- Ability to review strategies and develop concepts and copy that address marketing objectives in a creative manner and effectively targets audience.
- Ability to multitask, work efficiently and develop new skills.
