By participating in our Flexible Benefits Program, employees are able to customize their benefits to meet their personal needs and the needs of their families.
Insurance:
Harry & David offers insurance to eligible employees including medical, dental, prescription, and vision care, life insurance for employees and dependents, personal accident insurance, disability insurance, and participation in a flexible spending account.
Paid Vacation and Holidays:
We provide up to three weeks per year of paid time off initially depending on position. This increases to as much as five weeks annually based on length of service. We provide eleven paid holidays each year.
Retirement Plans:
Harry & David employees become eligible to participate in the 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan when they have worked 1000 hours in a year. Eligible employees may contribute up to 95% of their pay (up to IRS limits). The employee contribution is immediately 100% vested.
Relocation Assistance:
Salaried positions may be eligible for relocation assistance. For these positions, the company may cover expenses related to finding a home, moving, travel and temporary housing.
Employee Discounts:
Employees are eligible to receive a discount on purchases made in our stores and through our catalogs. |
